*Main beam*
The main beam is welded by submerged welding machine. The material of it is Q345B high tensile steel.
The shape for the main beam looks like a "I", so it is also called "I beam".
The thickness for the upper plate, bottom plate and the web is according to your requirements or the load capacity you need.
*AXLES*
4 pcs Axles, each one is with 16 tons capacity. Amecia type or German type is optional.
*RAMPS*
Two types for your choose: leaf spring type(also called mechanical type) or hydraulic type.
*BRAKE SYSTEM*
The WABCO brand ABS brake system which is the best quality in the world.
*SUSPENSION SYSTEM*
Mechanical suspension or air suspension will be according to your needs.
*ELECTRIC SYSTEM*
24 V illumination systems in conformity with the international standards, lamp with 7 functions, and electric socket with 7 pins are used. There are traffic warning panels on the vehicles.
*Landing Gear*
Fuwa, Jost or Yahua brand optional.
*KING PIN*
2" or 3.5" assembled king pin (welded type is optional)
*TIRES AND WHEEL RIMS*
16+1 tires are used with different sizes.
The Tire Sizes that we use are:
295/60 R 22.5;315/80 R 22.5
1000R20,1100R20;11R22.5;12R22.5
*STANDARD ACCESSORIES*
One Spare tyre carrier, One tool box with basic tools, Fire extinguisher preserving cabinet.

Lowbed platform can be pool type
Twist lock, side extension system, columns and side walls can be added if you need.
